Hairy- footed Flower Bee

I went out for a very short blip walk as it started raining and so I turned back. Near the bottom of the track are clumps of three-cornered leeks  that smell very garlicky. I saw what I thought was a Common Carder Bee amongst them and so took a few shots. However, when I got home I was delighted to discover that it's actually a male Hairy- footed Flower Bee. I'm very excited as I've never seen one before. :-)
Not the sharpest blip but I had to give it good crop so you could see the hairy foot!

I've seen the Great Tit once yesterday and today on the whirly line opposite the box so maybe the nesting is still happening!
