blipfoto.com

Hello Everyone,

When we re-branded the site to blipfoto.com we mentioned that that links to blipfoto.com would stop working at some point.  This now seems to have happened.  Hopefully most of you won't even notice, but it has already caused some users problems - we are very sorry for this but it is outside our control as we have never had direct access to that domain.

Here's how to fix the commonest problems...

If you are using the Android or iPhone apps (or the iPhone app on an iPad) and it has stopped working in the last few days, you should be able to fix the problem by updating to the latest version.  You can do this by going to the "App Store" (Apple) or "Play Store" (Android), searching for Blipfoto, and selecting "Update".

If you have a link in your browser, on your desktop, or on your home screen that has stopped working, you can either edit it to point to blipfoto.com (removing "polaroid" from the link) or delete it and create a new one to blipfoto.com.

If you are still having issues, please go to the help page where you can check the FAQs, ask the community on the forum, or of course use the "Ask Us" option to log a support request.
