Does it go off?

I have been to Greece many times, mainly to my favourite island, Symi. On one visit there in, I think, 1997 I brought back this small bottle of Ouzo. You know how it is; it tastes wonderful with Moussaka, Souvlaki and Giouvetsi in the sun with the sound of bouzouki music in the background, but somehow it's not quite the same with a ham sandwich and a bag of crisps. Tonight I have found a use for it; I'm making a typical Greek dish, prawn saganaki, and it calls for lashings of the stuff to flavour the sauce.

I suppose a small glass of it wouldn't go amiss.
