Reminder of a Promised Spring

I hate to sound like a broken record, but crikey, it is cold today.  In fact, it is so cold that the Washington Nationals baseball game has been cancelled because of freezing temperatures and expected 50 mph gusts of wind.  I tried to get out into the backyard briefly for some backyard critter shots, but they weren't very cooperative (who can blame them) and my hands didn't have much enthusiasm for the cold.  So instead, I went back to some indoor flower shots which kept me entertained for a while.  I have loaded a few more into Flickr.
