Selena arrived last night so a few days.
Harry did another long cycle ride, 167 km by the time he got home, not surprisingly exhausted. Selena and I went to see him along the way, here feeding him biscuits. As we weren't sure when he would go by, we loitered by firstly a horse field where we tickled four horses while keeping a lookout for cyclists, then in a disused bus shelter. After about 3 hours he came by.
Then I went on to give Dad his injection and get their tea ready, ( Mum had not had any lunch) and then back to get dinner ready.
