Godiva and French clichés

I've wanted to take a picture of the statue of Lady Godiva in the middle of Coventry, but have always been thwarted by the fact that the background in almost every direction is an ugly concrete building. I finally figured out a good angle, and even got some nice reflections of the said concrete monstrosities in the window behind the statue.

The extras are a couple of cliché pictures from a French market visiting a local town today.
