Rideable only by - high - school kids ! ! !

This was spotted in more rural Waimanalo, where it looks like they allow the school buses to be taken home.   We saw at least three buses parked out front of houses, but this one made me laugh.  Where could they possibly be picking up kids that need a contraption like that . .?    It's every school kid's dream!
