The start of the season

I noticed that there were dolphins at the point with just a few people watching so Mike dropped me of for half an hour while he went and washed the car.
Amazing to see the dolphins again and a few breaches too. They were mainly hunting and one had caught a very large fish. There were at least 7 in the area in separate groups. The gulls are often a give away to the dolphins location and there were plenty about today hoping for a scape to eat.
Not easy for photography, into the sunlight, blowing a gale and freezing !
Do nt think I've seen the waves that big before in that area. The dolphins did nt seem to mind and there were also some extremely cute young seals who wanted a piece of the action.
We had already been to Avoch for Mike to get his haircut and drove back
looking for some lambs. We were not disappointed as there were several
lambs in a field nearby.
