Spring has come!!

This is the meal we like to eat in spring. Deep-fried tofu, bamboo shoot, wakame(seaweed) and mangetout, we can get these ingredient throughtout the year. But we can enjoy that fresh taste of each ingredient only in spring. So, when I see them at a market in spring, I want to make it. Today, when I put this dish on the table, my son cried out with admiration ( a little ) , "oh, spring has come!"
