Cupcakes....

I had a day off so I thought I'd channel my inner Mary Berry and whip up a batch of cupcakes. I flavoured the sponge with lemon juice, made some lemon butter icing and decorated them with crushed meringue. Lemon Meringue Cupcakes.

And our copy of the controversial, government pamphlet about staying in the European Union had arrived to provide some reading while I enjoyed the cakes. Not that the pamphlet will change my mind. I'd made up my mind within seconds of Mr Cameron announcing the referendum was going to happen a couple of years ago. And I've not changed my mind since.
