A Night at the Museum

The Science Museum of Virginia resides in the former Broad Street Station. Built in 1919 and converted in 1970, this opulent building retains many elements of it's past as a railway hub. These aspects are most noticeable on the exterior of the building and include rail tracks and the covered platforms.

Right now the Body Worlds exhibit is on display with a dozen plasticized human corpses. I'm looking forward to checking this out (which will be only my second visit to this museum) before it leaves town in late September.
