Lyde Road (Day 338)

I walked the dogs up the hill this morning in a mixture of snow and hail, carried along on a brisk, cold wind.
Back home and it was soon time to head to Stromness to sort out a little job before coffee with my folks. Dad is on a targeted drug to treat his cancer and was advised that the side effects tend to manifest as a rash over the patient's face. His rash is pretty bad today, but other than that he is doing very well and is scheduled for radiotherapy next week.
Having had a good blether with the parents, I headed home for lunch with my beautiful wife before we had a wander along the Lyde Road with the dogs. We were caught in more snow showers before we made it back to the car.
