Gilbert

A lovely day of socialising.  First we met some friends from work days for coffee who were taking his Mum to L'Enclume in Cartmel for lunch.  Nice to catch up with them and meet Mum.  A very positive and interesting 80 something lady.  I'd like to be like that at her age.

Then we had a delicious lunch in Brigsteer with Lynnfot and her husband and Gilbert their dog.  Good to meet her husband again and spend time with them.

Home in the lovely sunshine.

Exchanged texts with both sons  in the evening.  No 1 son seems chilled and No 2 son is still feeling the pressure of the course but seems to be managing it better.
