New Forest Pony

A lovely day today - church, lunch with the family and then a little detour through the New Forest on the way home to take a few photos!

The New Forest ponies were very much in evidence today - I loved the way this one was framed by the twisted and gnarled branches of the tree. 

As you can see, the shrubs and trees in my blip are burned and charred, so in a state of dereliction, so I've added the DS tag! Thanks to serpent for hosting!

So another weekend is over and another week begins - hope yours is a good one!
