Mono Monday . . . Environment

This little seedling is growing on an old stump and repeating the cycle of life.
Thank you Davidc for setting the challenge.  I enjoyed walking in my local environment and seeing the patterns, textures, shapes and shades of life.  I saw that there were family groups exploring the environment because today is the start of the school holidays.
