Lunch al Fresco

A picnic, to you and me.

Ate my lunchtime treat of Lidl vegetable pizza slices while sitting on a bench beside West Wemyss harbour.

It would have been nice to get onto the harbour itself, but between seagull droppings and the whiff of old fish from the lobster creels... better to stay at a safe distance while eating.

The other excitement of the day (so far - it's only 4:30) was to book a 2 night trip to Mull and Iona for mid June. Other islands may be visited at the same time - Staffa and Lunga are on the wish list, but it depends on the weather.  

The Calmac ferry was only £32 return - car plus me. Seems reasonable.
