Emergency blip!

My MacBook is full. My "tech" friend spent 3 hours trying to copy and delete images. Nothing seems to work. He's back tomorrow to have another go, this time with Apple help on the phone! (Sigh..........)
I feel shattered, and I need the drive cleared before Croatia.....I have had wine.....
Btw - they smell divine!!
