Pedal on Parliament

I came upon this scene by chance, walking home across the Meadows after a meeting of my photography group, Wifie. And I've chosen this photo because the man in blue on the left and the woman in the red jacket behind him just happen to be my downstairs neighbours - which I only discovered afterwards.
