Golden Daze

A big day out today, with a trip to Central Otago. These golden poplars were near Omarama. The breeze was blowing the leaves off the trees, and they floated gently to the ground, like snow flakes.

We traveled on to Wanaka, then Cardrona, then back home.

I ran over a hedgehog on the way home, and I'm a wee bit upset about it.
