ANOTHER?!?!?!?

I spotted one some time ago and have just had hell's delight tracking it down due to a combination of:-
1. Not selecting Thumbnail crop. In fact I can't, honestly, remember if it was possible then.
2. Lack of/imprecise tagging.
I cannot tell you how many times I've approached this door & thought ...

"Yes, OK 'Pull or press pad .....etc.' ... PAD? What bloody PAD?!?!?"

Today I, finally, spotted where they'd hidden it.
