Goodbye Uncle David

I said goodbye to my Uncle David today. He was a larger than life character, great fun, a fabulous host and lived life to the full. His funeral was at Haycombe Crematorium near to Bath, a venue with the most fantastic picture window along the length of one side of the room. David was a fanatical skier, and as we entered the crematorium, the theme from Ski Sunday filled the room - it was very special. A sad day, but at the same time a celebration of a full and exciting life.
