Juvenile Bald Eagle

Ian and I had a great day today. We drove up to Birch Bay and stopped at the park. We saw a gull Ian had never seen, a Bonapart's Gull, and a family of bald eagles. Then we went to Tenant Lake where we saw a Yellow Crowned Sparrow. 

This is the young eagle in a tree near where we parked our car at Birch Bay. There are a few more photos from today on Chaikins of Bellingham.
