Statice / Siempre vivas /Limonium sinuatum?????

A few bits left over from my granddaughters shoot at the weekend!  I love these for their really bright colour and the fact that tiny little white flowers appear within what I think must be purple bracts???

I blipped these once before having taken them with extension tubes and a lensbaby.  This time I have used the lower fisheye setting on my Powershot.  This is for my entry to Wide Angle Wednesday. Many thanks to Bobsblips for hosting!
