On the water

The water's green too!  we are drowning in green.  a lovely morning, finally calm and nice temperature for a row.  we saw lots of wildlife -  the eagles are nesting on the small island next to us --but the photo wasn't great. the nest was in the way and I didn't see the partner on a limb til he flew away... (will try again) and we saw a lone loon (we've heard it but not seen it til this morning) and alas, there are already baby Canada geese, with another goose couple zooming in.   yes, I put these together --not very well. .. but you get the idea.  Out of time...Seals always.  
And I did spend time in the "garden" -uncovered a stone path that was totally overgrown, weeded the paltry beds and got last years compost out.  H did lots of mowing, and some washing windows...  Now we're  headed for a welcome sit on the deck with a glass of wine...might light the little campfire in a  can..( the extra)
