After yesterdays news it was time to dust off the bike, pump up the tyres, and go for a test spin as this will become one of my main local transport solutions alongside Shank's Pony.

Maybe I should get into the BHS closing down sales and buy some smaller trousers as it looks like I could be getting fit and slimming down.
