Let les bonnes temps croissant!

Good times!
Yesterday evening was the first game for the vets' team at the Powerleague 5 a side. We had been playing in a 7 a side league but had problems getting enough players. 5 a side could well be the answer!
We were playing a bunch of youngsters but old age's cunning and experience won out over their youth and good looks!

And this morning, I got an email telling about a series of gigs in Ramsgate in July to mark Fortuna Pop's twentieth anniversary, with gigs by Allo Darlin', Darren Hayman, Steven Adams and, wait for it, the band who's Hey Charlie, Hey Chuck will be played at my funeral, Bearsuit! - who have reformed specially!

Thinking about it, if it weren't for the fact that I am going to live forever (see yesterday's blip), I could always arrange to pop it a few days before the gig and combine the events...

And now we are in Paris! Near the Parc Buttes-Chaumont.
