Oyster catchers

These two oyster catchers were making a lot of noise this afternoon, so loud and their voices carried across the field. I love their orange eye, beak and legs.
A lovely morning after a night of hail and two claps of thunder.The heavy hail did return this afternoon and the poor horses were not impressed.
Sally came round this evening , she goes home tomorrow but will hopefully be back later in the year.
