Running and Smiling

Set a goal follow
the plan believe in yourself
proud and elated

It's over and Rebecca has finished her first marathon with a smile on her face.  We were so impressed that every time we caught up with her she would smile and say "I'm good."  The Rotorua marathon is a very social one and has  a tradition of people coming out to support the runners.  At one spot there was a group of bagpipers playing for the runners.  I loved the sign two ladies held up "Go random strangers, we think you are awesome."  All shapes and sizes and ages take part and we had a wonderful time clapping and cheering them on.  We weren't following the elite runners.
