Big day

Two blips of the pope in a row, and 3 in a week is a bit much, but I reckoned a sunset that didn't happen. The only other photos I took were of my EQC file, and I prefer Benedict over EQC.

So Benedict it is.

It's just 5 weekends until Queens Birthday Weekend. It's a big fishing weekend for me, and today I started the process of checking and sorting gear for then. It sounds a long way away but I know from experience if something needs servicing, replacing, or replenishing, first in, best kitted out.

Wind and body permitting, I'm heading for the hills tomorrow.
