Kedgeree

Made Jamie's kedgeree tonight.  A bit more upmarket than I've made previously but it was a wonderful combo - with locally smoked fish.  I added peas (retch!) because Dave loves them and when all is said and done, I can pick them out. A small price to pay for the smile on his face when he saw them.  Served with raita.  

My face is definitely better today so I hope when I take the last pill tomorrow, I will be all better!
