Sunlit wood

The air was cold, there was a brisk wind, but just for a few moments in the grounds of Toward Castle it felt like Spring. A walk we've been doing more often recently in the wake of the controversy about the future of the castle and of the right of way through the grounds, this route takes us off the increasingly hazardous road round the coast and has the added advantage of being more sheltered.
