Light!

Rain again and I've spent the afternoon catching up on the light module of  Emma Davies ' course: A year with my camera.  These shots and those in the extras were not processed other than cropping and text added. 

The main photo is being aware of light and in some cases shade!
The first extra : the direction of the the light.
The second extra: being aware of the quality of the light and in this case using a reflector (large white board) to dull harsh shadows.  
The last extra is looking at the colour of light.  I took this scene using various different white balance settings in camera.  I think the best is the Daylight setting, but the fluorescent setting gives an interesting result!!
