On the way to the restaurant!

This morning two of us went on a photo shoot at the end of Alameda. Called Alameda point it used to be some sort of military base. There are usually some ships docked and there is a great view over to San Francisco! It was a little later than we wanted and the sun quite high. I tried out her large 300ml lens. Much bigger than mine but much more stable to hold!

Lunch in Jim's. A diner, so omelettes and hash browns.mine with avocado and fruit added. Fresh fruit: melon, pineapple and grapes!

By now it was very hot, we were on foot... we arrived and all fell asleep! When the teenagers arrived home our grandson joined us for a game of 'Up and down the river' then when our son-in-law was back we went out again to a really good restaurant: the American Oak!

When we get home it will be time to diet!!
