Inghe Bhuidhe's holy well

The most full on day imaginable - I think at least 8 wells were bagged. This was one of my favourites, set in a cornfield, walled, with a rag tree in the centre and a little well that to had to climb down into. It was looking immaculate as Inghe Bhuidhe's (yellow-haired daughter) feast day is on the 6th May. I also loved the one in the extra - almost submerged in dampness, the stepping stones water-logged but the plastic flowers very colourful. Note the handy ladle should you be able to get to it. This is a Trinity Well.
