A real bargain ..... & a Thrush

All set to head out for a lovely walk ..... when ..... you guessed it ....... it started raining! Change of plan.

We decided instead to head over to Springfields ..... have a poke round the shops & if the weather cleared we would have a walk round the gardens there too.

So pleased we did ..... I got a bargain (see extra) ...... a pair of Walking shoes for £10! It was the last pair left ..... in my size ...... that's got to be a first!

The rain did ease off ..... so we had a lovely stroll around the gardens ..... which is where we saw this beautiful Thrush :-)

So all in all it wasn't such a wash-out after all :-)
