The Fast Lane

Shield bug colour co-ordinating with the peg, that's as exciting as the day got, it's life in the fast lane here. 
I've been out tonight to an aquafit class with a couple of friends, I can already tell I've been using muscles I don't usually use. A longer dog walk planned tomorrow, park, football field then round the cricket pitch, hope the pooches approve. Maybe it's the better weather or several events coming up that spurred lots of people on to improve their fitness recently, personally I blame the person that put the app on our phones and made us all obsessed with counting steps!
