New Walk

Feeling pretty good after last night's Aquafit class, tired when I got home but all I had this morning was slightly achy feet?! We'd decided to extend our dog walk for some extra exercise, it's all this counting steps business. On the way across the football pitch we bumped into some old friends, a cuddle of Cavaliers in see the extra shot, happy dogs. Eddie and Bella approved, lots of open space and new smells for Eddie and always a bonus, beautiful weather.
