Same burn, a different view

Swannie stopped this morning at the same place as yesterday. This is the Bowmont Water again but this time looking down stream. There were a lot more clouds this morning but at least it was dry. After last night's blip, her uncle said he used to fish in this river for salmon and sea trout, I'm hoping she can get me some of these but apparently she only gets five minutes to turn the bus.

This afternoon Swannie disappeared early and went down to meet her friend in Jedburgh for lunch at Border Meringues. I have put a picture in extras of the "raspberry and pistachio meringue cheesecake" she had for a sweet. It looks lovely but I'd still rather have one of Uncle G's salmon. Lots of love, JJ, xx
