Lift

Leaving Paris.
Left first thing. This was the lift to the apartment.
Eurostarred it back.
Went for an English run then to the Stables for a meal and Laura Cantrell concert. Excellent! Support was OK. My Girl the River. LC had her usual guitarist along and also a bass player. It all worked very well. Really good songs and a very clear, affecting voice.
Afterwards bought her first LP on vinyl (err... The CD is nearly worn out?) as well as her Record Store day release of stuff from the radio - mostly the John Peel show which was where I first heard her. And got the former signed - not something I usually do.
