American baking

Have I been in this country for too long? I might be….I found myself looking online for cake recipes with American units, so I could use those simple cup and spoon measurements rather than needing a kitchen scale…Anyway, I put together a recipe for apple crumble cake, combining bits and pieces from other recipes. And then I got to use this awesome retro mixer :D Too bad I’ll have to wait ‘till tomorrow morning to taste the cake – smells good though!
