Swimmer on the beach...

Pippa is competing in Oostende today and tomorrow. So this morning we set off in the car. The weather, however, is fabulous. It felt like half of Belgium was on it's way to the coast (it is a bank holiday today) and it took us 2 hours to get in Oostende. Thankfully we can stay in an apartment of a now former colleague so we don't have to do the journey again tomorrow.
Pippa only had one event this afternoon 200m medley. She smashed her PB and has another qualification for the Belgian Youth Championships.
After the race we went back to the apartment for some quiet time and doing some homework. Then we set off for the boulevard to have an early dinner and a walk on the beach, nice!
