Rhubarb Crumble

Not much choice of photos today, as this was the only one I took:-)

I picked the (very small) amount of rhubarb that looked ripe and used it to make a (very small) crumble.  However, with the addition of some stem ginger it was totally delicious and there's even some left over for tomorrow!

Chilly and grey again today, so very envious of the temperatures further south.  Send some our way please!
