Another day another flower

Have been meaning to blip this pretty blue flower for ages. I really like the base of the flower or should I say bud? When it opens its quite spidery and despite trying to find out its name on the web I am still none the wiser! Its very windy here but lucky for me the flower is sheltered. Hmm wonder what people blip in the winter when there's no flowers around ??
