Gravedona

The weather is starting to change today, next week is forecast to be cooler and with rain. The sky was a bit hazy today and in the morning Lenno was quite cool. It seems like a day to go for a trip in the car. We went north to Gravedona where the photograph was taken.

It turned out to be warm and sunny here so I was feeling decidedly over dressed with a quilted gilet. After a walk around Gravedona we went back down to Menaggio. This was primarily as ice cream stop, but in the main square a free concert had just started so we stopped for a while to listen. The group (extra photo) were quite good.

We planned to go to the local pizzeria for the evening meal. As we arrived we saw about 50 children heading into the Pizzeria, so we abandoned that idea, instead we popped in to the supermarket and collected a few things. Mexican burgers made for a pleasant meal, the pizzeria can wait for tomorrow.
