A Wee Bit of Sun

Spent this morning reading my new book; The Girl on the Train. I'm loving it so far. Didn't want to put it down.
At times it was more forceful reading than wanting to. My anxiety was high, I was thinking of too many negative things, including yesterday. I ended up giving in and having to self harm. I am torturing myself.

Then I turn myself into another person and go along to Mums. We went into town as we both needed pods for our coffee machine. Sat in the gardens for a while people watching.

We talked more about Grandma. Found out that the blood results also showed that her liver is shutting down.
