Yellow on Yellow

This morning I had to go to the library to return a book, followed by the surgery to pick up a prescription, so decided to combine that with a walk over the ridge for my return trip.

Not a soul to be seen but plenty of skylarks and then I spotted this Yellow Wagtail in the branch of a tree and edged a bit closer.  It eventually decided I was quite near enough thank you and flew off to sit on top of the oil seed rape.  How lucky was that.
