All will be well

An unplanned trip to the coast today.  Amy had a hospital appointment and a hiccup afterwards led to the request "Can you take me to school?"  There was an alternative taxi but today she wanted her Dad.  So off we went, hardly worth coming home so I thought I'd try and contact fellow blipper Intothewildman who lives out near the school.  The trials of making last minute arrangements meant that we did not make contact until I got home, so I spent the intervening hours exploring the SSSI at nearby Beeston Common instead.  Birds and Butterflies (six species spotted) were the main interest but it was just lovely to be out in the warm Spring sunshine.  This Holly Blue was most obliging, posing for several minutes :-)

Moral for Blippers:  If you think you might want to meet up with a fellow blipper, make sure you each have the other's address and phone number in advance.  Leaving a message on Blip 5 minutes before you set off is not guaranteed to work!
