Sunburst from the Stonecrop family

Large Flowered Houseleek.
Had a terrific walk just over the border in Italy with great friends. We had stunning views towards Mount Blanc as we walked to the Lac de Loee above Cogne but the alpine flowers stole the day! Now about to crawl to bed after a wonderful Italian meal topped off with homemade icecream!
