Cinnamon buns for work colleagues!

Finished off the cinnamon buns this morning, baked and iced and brought to work to share (this photo is from their double rise). They were very appreciated. Nice sunny day today, still a bit too cool. Took fellow blipper to an outdoorsy/sport store where I bought my triathlon top and she got a rain jacket, riding gloves and padded shorts. We are almost all set for our mini triathlon iron girl in August! Lots of work/training to do! Off to mindful Monday night yoga and will try to run a few laps....it has been awhile.
