White-tailed eagle

I was in Hoy today, again volunteering for the RSPB monitoring the white-tailed eagles nesting there. The male sat on the cliff for a while and then went a flyabout where I took this (cropped) image. He then took over on the nest and the female headed off, the first I've seen of her in a couple of all-day vigils.
